    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to work a long term contract with one of our largest technology clients in the greater Richmond, VA area.

     

    This person will be responsible for performing Site waltes focused on safety, Project QA/QC, and Schedule Management.

     

    Candidates Must have the ability to read and understand commercial lease agreements

     

    Pay Range is between 50-100K

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5-7 years of experience within Data Center Construction

     

    PMP Certification, LEED Certification, Professional Engineer, BS in Construction Management, or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

     

    OSHA 30 Certification

     

    Primavera P6

     

    CX Commissioning Experience Construction Health & Safety Knowledge.

     

    Bi-lingual w/ Spanish
