    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Scrum Master for a life insurance and annuities client in Des Moines, IA. This individual will be supporting the integration team sitting between two development groups ensuring connection. They will be involved in working with both the business and technical team communications to support a number of upcoming projects. Ideally, this individual will have experience with life insurance and annuity products, as well as integration experience. This candidate will be compensated at an hourly rate starting at $55/HR.

    Ability to understand and translate technical language into tasks and blockers

     

    Proactive at asking how to help move things along

     

    Keep track of tasks in progress and follow up for timely resolutions with proactive updates

     

    Kanban and scrum experience Integration experience or development background

     

    Life insurance/annuity background
