    EDUCATION

    • High School/GED or equivalent (Required)

    EXPERIENCE

    • Tech Support Jr – No experience required.

    • Tech Support Assoc – 6 months of related experience (Required)

    • Tech Support – 2 ½ years of related experience (Required)

    • Tech Support Sr – 4 ½ years of related experience (Required)

    • Spec Support – 6 ½ years of related experience (Required)

    LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS

    • There is no Certification or Licensure Listed

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    Technical/Admin Support:

    • Updates and maintains database, graphic, presentation, and spreadsheet programs including, but not limited to: Oracle, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

    • Generates computerized documents, drawings, presentations, reports, charts, and graphs.

    • Interprets data and builds reports, forms, charts, tables, and graphs.

    • Converts documents from one platform to another.

    • Cross train employees in job related functions.

    • Maintains a high level of integrity on confidential material and confidential issues.

    OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Accept ERO position as needed.

    • Accept outage position as needed.

    • Ability to obtain and maintain unescorted access.

    • Successfully complete General Employee Training (GET) as required for position.

    ENVIRONMENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Environmental and physical requirements are subject to crouching, stooping, bending, twisting and/or lifting up to 30 lbs; ascending/descending stairs; sitting for extended periods of time; and spending considerable time in front of computer monitors.

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    • Overtime and alternate work schedules as needed.

    • Subject to callouts twenty-four hours per day seven days per week.

    • Travel may be required.

    • May be required to carry a phone.

    WORK LOCATION

    • Due to the nature of the work, this position requires work to be performed in the field and/or at the work site.
