**Schedule** : 40 Hours per Week

**Pay Rate** : $42.70 to $47.29 per Hour

What You’ll Do

As an **Administrator Construction Manager** , you’ll lead the charge in ensuring our construction projects exceed quality standards, stay on schedule, and adhere to budgets. Collaborating with a diverse team, you’ll:

+ Oversee OSP construction activities performed by contractors.

+ Coordinate with state/local municipalities and utilities to ensure seamless operations.

+ Manage project schedules, inspections, materials, and documentation.

+ Investigate and report on plant damage, ensuring compliance with regulations.

+ Work cross-functionally with teams like logistics, engineering, and project management to deliver excellence.

What You’ll Bring

+ **Expertise** in OSP construction standards, practices, and state/local safety regulations.

+ **Experience** : 5+ years of combined OSP construction and splicing.

+ **Adaptability** to work outdoors in all weather, travel as needed, and occasionally work overtime or on-call.

+ **Strong Communication** skills to foster collaboration and effective problem-solving.

+ A **valid driver’s license** and a passion for creating a connected world.

**Pay Details:** $42.70 to $47.29 per hour
