    Come join a company that strives for _Extraordinary People and Exceptional Performance_ ! **Chenega Services & Federal Solutions, LLC,** a **Chenega Professional Services** ’ company, is looking for a **Senior** **Business Analyst** to join our team of IT experts at one of our key Federal Agency’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The successful candidate will lead and manage enterprise IT management services, including establishing a program management office and guiding the client to establish best portfolio management practices. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in business analysis, process improvement, and effective project management to drive business value, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

    Responsibilities

    + Program Management Office support: Guide and assist the client to establish a program management office (PMO) within the OCIO, as well as provide on-going support for project reporting, data collection, analysis, reporting and dashboarding.

    + Portfolio Management: Guide and assit the client to develop, establish and manage a portfolio management practice within the OCIO to help the client ensure they are spending in the most critical and important areas.

    + Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and increased efficiency in IT service delivery. Develop and implement solutions that meet business needs and align with strategic goals.

    + IT Service Management: Help establish and manage an IT service lifecycle, including service definition, transition, production, and retirement. Ensure that IT services are delivered in accordance with industry standards (e.g., ITIL).

    + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity professionals, network engineers, and program management staff to define requirements and ensure seamless integration of IT services.

    + Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that their needs are met through the delivery of high-quality IT services.

    + Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within IT service delivery and develop and implement solutions to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

    + Agility and Adaptability: Update/pivot from a given plan in order to refocus resources elsewhere as needed. Demonstrate agility and adaptability in response to changing business needs and priorities.

    + Reporting and Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of IT service delivery. Prepare and present reports on IT service performance, including metrics on cost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

    + 8+ years of experience in business analysis, IT service management, or a related field

    + Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)

    + Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT services.

    + Master’s degree preferred

    + Experience working in a regulatory environment, including compliance with federal laws and regulations preferred.

    + Familiarity with business intelligence platforms (e.g., QlikView) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) preferred.

    + Knowledge of IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Helix) preferred.

    + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.

    + Demonstrated ability to work independently and execute on a day to day basis, while employing a hands on approach.
