Overview
The VP, Client Operations ensures that the Agency and assigned client business units operate in a highly efficient manner while maintaining the highest quality standards. This role reports directly to the EVP, Operations and has a dotted line relationship to the Business Unit leaders.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role supports agency operations for assigned business units, initiatives and new business by
managing resources, scopes of work, and streamlining cross-functional operational efficiencies to
deliver a best-in-class product and service.
+ Oversee and develop a high performing operations team to meet the needs of a growing, global business
+ Develop and manage client scopes of work
+ Lead scope development process in partnership with discipline leads for new business opportunities
+ Facilitate and manage timing and process for existing client contract renewals
+ Work with cross-functional partners (Client Leadership, Creative, Project Management, etc.) to manage resources and expenses to ensure the company achieves targets for growth and profitability
+ Analyze productivity data and optimize staffing and production capacity for assigned business unit
+ Assist in developing a more streamlined resourcing process
+ Lead and manage weekly resourcing reviews, including independent contractor needs
+ Work with Operations, Project Management, and other functional leads to identify needs for new tools and processes to create efficiencies
+ Drive for operational consistency across client teams and business units
+ Manage core agency systems, establish best practices, and ensure tools are leveraged effectively across the team
+ Own the implementation, rollout, and training for any new technology and/or processes
+ All other responsibilities, as assigned
SKILLSETS REQUIRED:
+ Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field
+ 10+ years of marketing or Operations experience, agency or project management experience preferred
+ Experience in retail is a plus
+ Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
+ Ability to manage time, adhere to strict timelines, multitask and work well under pressure
+ Ability to lead and drive alignment across teams and seniority levels
+ Proactive nature in the seeking of work/responsibility
+ Dependability in execution of work and as member of assigned team
+ Enthusiastic, solution-oriented attitude in accepting work/new challenges

Compensation Range: $146,490 - $230,460 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
