    Project Manager – Power Distribution & Control Solutions

    Position Overview

    As Project Manager, you will lead, plan, and deliver complex projects on time and in alignment with customer and organizational objectives. Collaborate closely with engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams—ensuring that projects are executed with precision and meet the highest standards in the industry. This role demands a proactive approach to communication, resource management, and customer satisfaction.

    Location

    + On-site at our Elmhurst, Illinois manufacturing facility

    + Requires daily presence to collaborate directly with operational teams

    + This position does not offer visa sponsorship; only candidates authorized to work in the U.S. will be considered

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Planning & Execution:

    + Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations

    + Define scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables for project success

    + Manage projects from hand-off through closeout, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction

    Team Leadership & Collaboration:

    + Lead cross-functional teams with effective communication among engineering, operations, sales, procurement, and external partners

    + Set clear expectations, assign tasks, and guide teams to achieve results

    + Conduct regular project meetings and deliver status updates

    Risk, Issue, & Change Management:

    + Proactively identify risks and create mitigation strategies

    + Track issues and drive timely resolution

    + Manage scope changes through structured change order processes

    Customer & Stakeholder Management:

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and customers

    + Build strong relationships through transparent communication and updates

    + Ensure customer requirements are understood and delivered

    Quality & Compliance:

    + Ensure deliverables meet engineering, safety, and regulatory standards

    + Lead post-project reviews to promote continuous improvement

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, construction management, or related technical field

    + 3–7 years’ project management experience preferred; experience managing electrical distribution equipment projects is a plus

    + PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certifications are advantageous

    + Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

    + Proficiency in project management tools

    + Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams

    + Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analytics skills (Google Sheets, ERP exports, Power BI experience preferred)

    + Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
