The Local Resource Team offers a dynamic and collaborative environment built on trust, adaptability, and professional growth. Nurses Aides in this department demonstrate a high level of autonomy and accountability as they support multiple units and diverse patient populations. + Schedule: 6:45am - 7:15pm, Days Shift, Full-Time (Shift Differential for 11p-7a; Float Pool Differential)

What We're Looking For

+ Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.

+ Experience: One year In an acute hospital setting, required.

+ Licensure/Certification: NA I, required.

+ Additional Skills (required):

+ Basic computer skills for documentation.

+ De-Escalation Techniques

+ NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire
