As a Network Analyst, you will:

+ Build financial models to support contract negotiations

+ Drive data\-backed decisions that affect providers and patients

+ Help shape strategies that advance our mission and improve healthcare economics

What We’re Looking For:

+ Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Mathematics, or Business Administration

+ Highly Preferred:

- 1 year of experience in financial modeling

- 1 year of experience in financial or business analysis

- Intermediate Excel skills

- Detail\-oriented problem solver with a passion for meaningful work

Job Responsibilities

+ Prepare and present recommendations including supporting financial analysis, business analysis, advantages, disadvantages and alternatives of reimbursement methodology\.

+ Design and develop an implementation work plan to support reimbursement initiatives\.

+ Develop financial models to support business analysis of the impact of recommended reimbursement methodology on the organization\.

+ Development of configuration guidelines for system configuration in regards to project assignments and maintain the institutional fee schedule databases

Job Qualifications

_Education_

+ BS or BA Degree required preferably in business, mathematics, accounting, statistics or related field

_Skills\\Certifications_

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability\.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office \(Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint\)

+ Independent, Sound decision\-making and problem\-solving skills

+ Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

+ Proven priority\-setting and project management skills
