Description

OVERVIEW

Cadrex is searching for an experienced Staff Accountant to assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Assist in accounts payable and receivable reconciliation

+ Verify and complete payment of invoices associated with accounts payable

+ Assist with month and year end closing process including preparing journal entries

+ Reconcile all bank accounts monthly

+ Assist with daily invoice processing activities

+ Maintain and reconcile petty cash monthly

+ Process remote check deposits

+ Prepare and enter biweekly payroll journal entries into general ledger

+ Coordinate processing and distribution of W-2s and 1099

+ Assist with annual audit processes and data requests

+ Assist with preparation of monthly reporting

+ Assist with financial statement review and analysis

+ Assist with preparation of analytics of spend data

+ Respond to information requests timely

+ Ensure compliance with GAAP

+ Other duties may be assigned as needed

Requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

+ 5-7 years’ experience in finance/accounting required

+ Strong numeracy and analytical skills

+ Good problem-solving and time management skills

+ Strong communication skills

+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

+ ERP experience required

+ Manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred

+ CPM experience preferred

EDUCATION

+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Salary Description

$75,000-$90,000 Yearly
