BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST, Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab, will be a strategic partner and relationship architect, driving engagement and collaboration between CSAIL and its corporate members. This role focuses on evaluating partnerships pathways, uncovering strategic opportunities for innovation, and ensuring that member companies derive exceptional value from their relationship with CSAIL and its world-class research community. The role will foster seamless collaboration across internal CSAIL and Alliances departments (marketing, fiscal, HR) as well as Institute central departments (Finance/accounts receivable, legal, Vice President for Finance, OSATT, RAS, etc.).

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: A bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in partnership development, account management, or strategic client relations; ability to manage and grow key relationships across organizational levels; exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with executive presence; strategic thinking with proven ability to identify and act on opportunities for growth and collaboration; strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on outcomes and impact; comfort navigating complex academic and corporate environments with diplomacy and discretion; proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred); be an independent self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment; and show flexibility to attend occasional evening/weekend meetings or events (up to 10%).
