Job Summary:
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the CaroMont Health brand by executing effective social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing content calendars to promote services and initiatives. This role involves monitoring online reviews, responding to customer feedback, and addressing online reputation management issues to maintain a positive image of CaroMont Health’s facilities and providers.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Analyze social media performance across platforms
+ Manage and implement social media strategies
+ Curate engaging and relevant content
+ Schedule posts to maintain consistent activity
+ Interact with followers and foster community engagement
+ Track and analyze performance metrics to measure success
+ Stay current on healthcare social media trends
+ Manage negative feedback and assist in crisis management
+ Protect and maintain the company’s online reputation
+ Leverage creative, communication, and analytical skills to drive engagement and brand growth
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, English or a related field.
+ Minimum of three years of experience in social media and corporate communications.
+ Healthcare experience preferred.
+ You must possess exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with all stakeholders; knowledge of AP Style and strong proficiency in social media platforms are required.
+ Must be highly organized, motivated and have a strong commitment to integrity, teamwork, and customer service to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
