Adecco has partnered with a client company in Leola PA to fill a Direct Hire **Customer Service Representative** role. Hours M-F 7:30am - 4pm paying $18-$25 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
+ Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
+ Assist with warranty claims, service requests, and product questions.
+ Coordinate repairs with service technicians, parts, purchasing, and production teams.
+ Record customer interactions and resolutions in the ERP system.
+ Explain warranty coverage, maintenance guidelines, and proper home care.
+ Process replacement part orders and track shipments.
+ Handle escalated concerns professionally and work toward fair solutions.
+ Share customer feedback with sales and manufacturing for improvement.
+ Follow all federal, state, and company regulations.
+ Support service campaigns and customer satisfaction projects.
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred).
+ 2+ years of customer service experience; housing, construction, or homebuilding experience a plus.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
+ Knowledge of manufactured housing or warranty processes preferred.
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
