Adecco is assisting a local client in San Jose, CA in search of Final Quality Control Inspectors for Swing Shift. APPLY NOW!
Pay:** **$22–$23 per hour + 10% swing shift differential
**Schedule:** Swing Shift
Position Summary
The Quality Inspector is responsible for performing product inspections, documenting results, and supporting continuous improvement efforts to ensure all products meet company and customer quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Product Inspection
+ Perform visual inspections and functional testing on finished products to confirm compliance with quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
Documentation
+ Accurately record inspection results, test data, and any deviations using quality control forms, spreadsheets, or digital systems.
Quality Assurance
+ Ensure all inspection activities follow established company quality procedures, industry regulations, and customer specifications.
Problem Identification
+ Identify, document, and report non-conformities, defects, or quality issues.
+ Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Communication
+ Communicate inspection results and quality concerns clearly to supervisors, production teams, and other internal stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
+ Participate in quality improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements, training opportunities, or procedural updates to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
**Pay Details:** $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
