    Job Description

    We are seeking a Construction Manager for a short-term project involving the replacement of a material handling lift in a clean room pharmaceutical space. The role requires overseeing the replacement process, including documenting notes and photos to track progress and any issues that may arise.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee the replacement of a material handling lift in a clean room pharmaceutical space.

    + Document notes and take photos to track project progress and address any arising issues.

    + Ensure compliance with project timelines and safety regulations.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in construction management, particularly in pharmaceutical clean room environments.

    + Strong project management skills.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience as a superintendent at a general contractor is advantageous if lacking pharmaceutical experience.

    + OSHA certification is a plus but not required.

    + No degree required.

    Work Environment

    The project site is located in Kankakee, IL. Work hours are from 6:00pm to 6:00am, 7 days a week, with Christmas Day off. The project duration is from December 19th to January 2nd. The work environment involves a clean room pharmaceutical space, and currently, there are three other construction managers on site.     This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
