Responsibilities:

+ Maintaining cleanliness of common areas and restrooms throughout the day

+ Gathering, washing, drying, folding, and returning laundry

+ Maintaining the cleanliness of resident units – including but not limited to wiping counters, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning toilets, sinks, and showers.

+ Light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs and taking out trash

+ Maintain proper levels of cleaning products

+ Performing all work in a safe manner

Qualifications:

+ The ideal candidate for this position has a positive attitude

+ Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 45 pounds

+ Candidates must be comfortable interacting with others
