**Position Title:** CNC Maintenance Technician
**Location:** Mansfield, TX
**Schedule:** Onsite, Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
**Assignment Type:** Temp-to-Perm
**Hourly Pay:** $27.00–$29.00
Position Summary
This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing CNC production equipment to ensure maximum uptime, efficiency, and product quality. The CNC Maintenance Technician oversees the Preventive Maintenance Program, ensures compliance with quality standards, and supports all production-related equipment needs. This is a critical position in ensuring seamless operations within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Maintain all production equipment to ensure optimal performance and maximum productivity
• Develop, manage, and perform preventive maintenance in alignment with the quality system
• Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate production equipment
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Support IQ, OQ, and machine qualification processes
• Manage and maintain spare parts inventory
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and compliant with safety guidelines
• Follow all company safety rules and promote a safe work environment
• Record and report maintenance activity accurately and timely
• Adhere to all company policies, work instructions, and the Code of Conduct
• Perform additional duties assigned by management
• Additional responsibilities as required by supervisors or managers

Physical Requirements
• Ability to observe and hear warning signals in production areas
• Stand, walk, or sit for up to 8 hours per day
• Occasionally lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs; frequently lift up to 20 lbs
• Frequent bending, squatting, turning, and repetitive hand movements
• Ability to focus on small components for extended periods
• Required use of PPE including gloves, eye protection, hearing protection, and toe protection
• Strong hand-eye coordination and visual acuity
Work Environment
• Manufacturing environment with machinery and moving parts
• Moderate noise levels
• Possible exposure to dust, water, heat, cured resins, soap, and disinfectants depending on work area
• Fast-paced, collaborative team setting
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment
• 5+ years CNC troubleshooting and repair experience
• 5+ years general machine troubleshooting
• 3+ years facility/building maintenance experience
Preferred Qualifications
• CAD experience
• Knowledge of ISO/GMP environments or other regulated industries
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical repair methods
• Machining or dental laboratory experience a plus
**Pay Details:** $27.00 to $29.00 per hour
