Adecco is currently assisting one of its top clients in their search for a **Product Operations Specialist** working in **SAN FRANCISCO CA 94105 (Hybrid)**
Pay Range:- $105 - 120/ hour
Shift Time:- 8 AM– 5 PM (MON-FRI)
_About the Role_
We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist with strong experience in consumer insights and market research. In this role, you will work on 2–3 projects at a time, supporting strategic initiatives and helping shape product decisions. You’ll own specific workstreams, conduct research, and provide actionable recommendations that influence product strategy.
_Key Responsibilities_
+ Understand our products and services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
+ Conduct quantitative and qualitative consumer research to uncover insights about customer behavior and preferences.
+ Gather and analyze competitive and market trends to inform strategy.
+ Define and monitor key metrics and OKRs to ensure strategy alignment.
+ Collaborate with product managers, marketing, and cross-functional teams to operationalize recommendations.
+ Support large-scale projects like go-to-market strategies, localization, and organizational changes.
+ Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders and help align decisions across teams.
_Required Skills_
+ Deep experience in consumer insights and market research (both quantitative and qualitative).
+ Background in market research agencies or similar corporate roles.
+ Strong ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
+ Experience in B2C products; familiarity with hardware or wearables (e.g., Google Pixel, Meta, Samsung) is a plus.
+ Candidates from CPG companies with strong research experience are welcome.
+ Ability to think strategically and creatively, especially for future campaigns using consumer feedback.
**Pay Details:** $105.00 to $120.00 per hour
