Adecco is looking for a **Production Supervisor** with at least **3 years of supervisory experience** and strong communication skills.
The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production processes and manage a team of hourly employees while driving continuous improvement. This role focuses on boosting productivity, improving efficiency, and managing costs without compromising safety, quality, or service.
**Shift:** 5 AM- 1:30 PM M-Fr
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and support production teams to achieve daily operational goals in **safety, quality, service, and productivity** within budget guidelines.
+ Direct and coach lead personnel to assign work, guide peers, and maintain necessary records.
+ Ensure the hourly workforce is **properly trained, adaptable, and capable** of meeting production demands.
+ Manage interpersonal aspects of supervision, including **disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, work rule enforcement, and coordination** with other supervisors.
+ Maintain accurate data, logs, and reports using **Microsoft Excel, Access, and other applications** as required.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and cost control.
Qualifications
+ Minimum **3 years of supervisory or lead experience** in a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
+ Strong communication and team leadership skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Outlook).
+ Working knowledge of production processes and safety practices preferred.
**Pay Details:** $35.00 per hour
