    Job Description

    About the team

     

    The team ensures on-time customer deliveries by managing production schedules, monitoring SAP and EDI data, and resolving quality and shipment issues, while maintaining strong customer communication and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

    What you can look forward to as Customer Service Representative:

    + Maintain customer delivery rating per established On-Time-Delivery goal.

    + Participate in Production Meetings to analyze and review shipment needs and issues within the manufacturing of products which includes production, quality, scrap and effectiveness.

    + Interface with customers regarding shipment and delivery information.

    + Notify management of customer issues affecting the Manufacturing Plan and Sales.

    + Run and Print the Ship Requirement Listing from SAP to analyze customer requirements and create deliveries for shipment in SAP. Maintain SAP activities necessary to accomplish daily shipments.

    + Assist in training new customer service representatives as needed to support team growth.

    + Interact with internal and external customers to aid in the resolution of issues.

    + Assist in completion of STL Sales Projections and 18 Month Capacity Planning as required.

    Your profile as Customer Service Representative:

    + Associate’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or material/production planning; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + Excellent inter-personal skills, especially the ability to work in a small team environment.
