Project Cost Analyst

What You’ll Do

+ Prepare cost re-projections and explain budget variances to keep spending on track.

+ Manage contract requisitions and actively participate in the bidding process.

+ Coordinate the work order lifecycle from creation to closure.

+ Organize key project meetings—strategy sessions, kick-offs, and status updates.

+ Act as a liaison between engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless communication.

+ Support project documentation and planning, while handling logistics like permits and temporary facilities.

+ Monitor cash flows, budget variances, and provide SOX compliance analysis.

+ Track and analyze un-vouchered liabilities and prepare invoice data for billable work orders.

+ Assist with RFPs, evaluate bids, and collaborate with Supply Chain and contractors.

+ Mentor and train junior project coordinators to build a strong team foundation.

What You Bring

+ Strong skills in budgeting, projections, cost tracking, and analysis.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with financial costing software.

+ A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a relevant field.

+ Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of New Albany, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.50 - $66.00/hr.
