Description We are looking for a skilled litigation attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will handle a diverse range of cases, including general tort litigation, mass torts, and asbestos-related matters, while contributing to a collaborative and detail-oriented environment. Responsibilities:

• Manage tort litigation cases, including auto accidents, premises liability, and property damage claims.

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other necessary legal documents.

• Represent clients in mass tort and asbestos-related litigation, ensuring thorough and effective advocacy.

• Oversee discovery processes, including depositions, interrogatories, and document reviews.

• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop strategies tailored to each case.

• Maintain compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participate in continuing legal education to stay updated on relevant laws and practices.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to entry-level team members.

• Work within a team-oriented environment that promotes open communication and detail-oriented development.

• Ensure timely case resolution while safeguarding the interests of clients. Requirements • Possess 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on tort and mass tort cases.

• Hold an active bar admission in Pennsylvania; additional bar admissions are preferred.

• Demonstrate strong skills in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy.

• Exhibit excellent academic credentials and a commitment to detail-oriented growth.

• Show proficiency in managing discovery, drafting motions, and handling depositions.

• Experience in asbestos-related litigation and mass tort cases is highly desirable.

• Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and work ethic.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented legal environment.
