Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans to support organizational objectives.

• Oversee and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Monitor and optimize cash flow, capital expenditures, and working capital to maintain financial stability.

• Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and internal financial controls.

• Collaborate with production, operations, and supply chain teams to analyze costs, enhance efficiency, and allocate resources effectively.

• Evaluate and implement financial systems and software to improve data accuracy and streamline reporting processes.

• Direct internal and external audit activities, coordinating with auditors to ensure compliance and transparency.

• Supervise and develop finance team members, fostering growth and continuous improvement.

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, margin improvement, and enhanced profitability.

• Present detailed financial analyses and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in financial management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis specific to manufacturing operations.

• Proficiency in financial systems and software, particularly those relevant to manufacturing environments.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and guide teams.

• Proven analytical skills with a track record of driving process improvement and achieving measurable results.

• Ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions to enhance organizational efficiency.

• Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing costs and financial reporting processes.
