Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper for a contract-to-permanent role within their organization. This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced settings and are comfortable managing comprehensive accounting functions independently.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee daily bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance

+ Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

+ Handle bank and credit card reconciliations

+ Prepare accurate financial statements and reports

+ Support payroll processing and employee expense tracking

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

+ Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings and audits

Requirements

+ Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

+ 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience

+ Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks or similar) and MS Office Suite

+ Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Excellent communication skills
