    Description

    Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support their accounting operations. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of financial recordkeeping and a passion for accuracy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Maintain and update general ledger entries

    + Prepare and process invoices, expenses, and payments

    + Reconcile bank statements and accounts

    + Assist with month-end and year-end financial reports

    + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

    + Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding billing and payments

    Requirements

    + Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

    + 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

    + Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite

    + Strong organizational and analytical skills

    + Excellent attention to detail
