    Description

    We are looking for an HR Generalist to make a direct impact on building a successful workplace. As an integral member of the Human Resources team, you’ll deliver key HR services and support our people-centric culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage employee relations, performance processes, and HR policy implementation.

    + Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation activities for new hires.

    + Administer benefits programs and assist with payroll inquiries.

    + Maintain accurate HR records, compliance documentation, and reporting.

    + Provide guidance, resources, and support for managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.

    + Participate in workplace initiatives and promote a culture of engagement and inclusion.

    Requirements

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Experience as an HR specialist or in a comparable human resources role.

    + Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements.

    + Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

    + Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Commitment to confidentiality and building a culture of respect.

    + Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration or similar field preferred
