Description We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, you will provide essential technical support to ensure smooth operations for end users. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills and expertise in resolving IT issues.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive technical assistance to end users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related concerns.

• Manage and resolve service desk tickets efficiently while ensuring timely updates to users.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with printer hardware, network printers, and related equipment.

• Perform imaging and deployment of desktop systems using tools like Microsoft SCCM.

• Provide support for Windows 10 and Office 365 applications, ensuring optimal functionality.

• Configure and troubleshoot VPN technologies to support remote access.

• Maintain and manage Active Directory accounts and permissions.

• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions for recurring technical problems.

• Ensure exceptional customer service by communicating effectively and professionally with users.

• Document processes, solutions, and troubleshooting steps to streamline future support efforts. Requirements • Minimum of three years of experience in a help desk or IT support role.

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365 applications.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting printer hardware and network printer issues.

• Experience with desktop imaging and deployment tools, such as SCCM.

• Familiarity with Active Directory for account management and permissions.

• Ability to work with VPN technologies and resolve connectivity issues.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
