    Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

    Job Description

    As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment within our facility. You will work closely with various teams to maintain high-quality standards in production while ensuring safety and efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    + Utilize hand tools, power tools, hoists, and material handling equipment effectively.

    + Manage the procurement and inventory of raw materials.

    + Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and technical teams for machine installation and support.

    + Maintain quality, safety, and production standards.

    + Report equipment issues and defective materials promptly.

    + Keep work areas clean and organized.

    + Record daily production data and maintain required documentation.

    + Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and procedures.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.

    + Experience as a maintenance technician.

    + Ability to operate and set up injection molding machines.

    + Competence in managing raw material inventory.

    + Skills in ensuring high-quality molded products.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous maintenance experience is required.

    Work Environment

    The position operates Monday through Friday from 1:45 PM to 10:15 PM. The work environment involves working with various tools and equipment to maintain production standards. Employees are expected to adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Deerfield, MA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $24.30 - $27.90/hr.
