    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    Join a dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role requires both mechanical and electrical aptitude to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.

    + Troubleshoot and repair electrical and hydraulic systems.

    + Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely.

    + Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime.

    + Document maintenance activities and maintain records.

    + Assist in implementing improvements to enhance equipment reliability.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in electrical and mechanical maintenance.

    + Experience with hydraulic systems.

    + Ability to perform preventive maintenance tasks.

    + 3-5 years of maintenance experience, with at least 1 year in a food or beverage environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a food or beverage manufacturing setting.

    + Strong troubleshooting skills.

    + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a facility with 150 production staff and a dedicated team of 6 in maintenance. The position requires availability for both 1st and 2nd shifts, Monday through Friday, with every other weekend off.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $82000.00/yr.
