Hiring CNC Programmers in Englewood, CO

**Shift** : 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

*Overtime as needed

**Pay** : $40.00/hr - $55.00/hr depending on experience

Job Description:

As a CNC Programmer specializing in 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills and lathes, you’ll:

+ Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs using Esprit, Mastercam, and SolidWorks

+ Create efficient toolpaths for intricate geometries and tight tolerances

+ Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and QC to refine processes and resolve challenges

+ Select tooling, manage tool libraries, and document setups and revisions

+ Support machinists with program interpretation, setup, and troubleshooting

+ Drive continuous improvement in cycle times, tool life, and part quality

Qualifications:

+ Proven experience programming and setting up 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines

+ Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Esprit, Mastercam, SolidWorks)

+ Deep understanding of machining processes and CNC code

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Team-oriented mindset with cross-functional collaboration experience

+ CMM experience is a plus*

+ Familiarity with diverse materials: aluminum, stainless, carbon steel, bronze, titanium
