Job Title: Office Engineer up to $114k
Job Description
The Office Engineer will support the Terminal 2 Project Manager and project team in managing scope, schedule, and operational interfaces for design and construction activities. This role involves technical and administrative duties, primarily focused on submittal and Request for Information (RFI) management, document control, and construction management support.
Responsibilities
+ Manage receipt, distribution, and tracking of submittals and RFIs using PM Web.
+ Maintain project files and document control systems, both in hard copy and electronic form.
+ Prepare management status reports and assist with construction contract correspondence.
+ Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely posting of drawings and documents.
+ Create exhibits for presentations and meetings using electronic file manipulation.
+ Attend and document project meetings, including the preparation of agendas and minutes.
+ Perform expediting functions and maintain expediting logs.
+ Support additional project-related tasks as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, preferably in airport projects or similar environments.
+ Strong technical and construction background.
+ Knowledge of design and construction contracting practices.
+ Familiarity with project life cycles, including design and construction phases.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with PM Web is preferred.
+ Certifications such as AAAE, PE, PMP, AICP, or other relevant licenses are optional but advantageous.
+ Skills in document control, commercial construction, construction management, and project management.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site position from Monday to Friday, which may require overtime or weekend work. The role offers an engaging and dynamic environment, where you will work closely with a committed team to achieve project goals.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $104000.00 - $114000.00/yr.
