Job Title: Chemical Bottling and Packaging Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Chemical Bottling and Packaging Technician, where you will be responsible for accurately filling bottles with chemicals, setting up machinery to dispense products, sealing, labeling, and packaging them according to handling specifications. You will also manage inventory by transferring finished products and perform data entry using basic computer skills. This role is ideal for someone with high attention to detail, comfortable working in a regulated, clean room environment.

Responsibilities

+ Fill bottles with chemicals and set up machinery to dispense the product.

+ Seal, label, and package products according to handling specifications.

+ Transfer finished products to inventory physically.

+ Follow detailed work instructions and perform basic math calculations.

+ Enter data into computers and maintain accurate records.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization within the clean room environment.

+ Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Essential Skills

+ 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Experience with medical assembly or related fields.

+ Basic math skills at a high school level.

+ Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day.

+ Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Email.

+ Strong attention to detail and hand dexterity.

+ Proficiency in English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ GMP experience is preferred.

+ SAP experience is a plus.

+ Cross-trainable to enhance production efficiency.

Work Environment

Work in a regulated environment that follows GMP practices, ideal for those who excel in a structured setting. You will collaborate with a team of 5-6 individuals, and when in the clean room, you will be required to wear safety glasses, surgical gloves, and a lab coat. The role involves spending half of the day in a clean room and provides the opportunity for cross-training to maximize production efficiency.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stillwater, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
