    Job Title: Field Service Technician

    Job Description

    As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing robotic welding cells at client facilities. Your expertise will be crucial in both mechanical and electrical domains. You will also perform in-house repair work, including power housing systems, PCB board repair, resistor/capacitor repairs, and pendant repairs.

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot, repair, and install robotics welding cells at client facilities.

    + Perform mechanical repair and troubleshooting.

    + Handle 24V photo eyes, sensors, and 480V 3-phase motors.

    + Conduct PLC troubleshooting and robotics maintenance.

    + Execute in-house repair work on power housing systems, PCB boards, resistors, capacitors, and pendants.

    + Manage components of robotic systems rather than entire robots.

    Essential Skills

    + Robotics troubleshooting and maintenance.

    + Electrical and mechanical repair from 24V to 480V.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude.

    + Industrial electrical troubleshooting ability.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with programming and robotics is highly advantageous.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $79040.00/yr.

    This is a fully onsite position in Tipp City,OH.
