    Order Entry Specialist –

     

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our team! If you have strong customer service skills and experience with SAP, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

    Responsibilities:

    + Accurately enter and process customer orders in SAP

    + Communicate with customers to confirm details and resolve inquiries

    + Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

    + Maintain accurate records and documentation

    Requirements:

    + 3+ years of customer service experience

    + Proficiency in SAP

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of New Berlin, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $48000.00 - $52000.00/yr.

     

    Additional informationCompetitive Salary - Pay is determined based on skills, geographic location, internal equity, market/data analysis, number of years of prior relevant experience, degrees and/or certifications, technical assessment score, etc. Benefits: Medical Plan, Dental, Vision, 401k plan with a match from day one, identity theft protection, accident insurance, travel insurance and so much more!Vacation: 2 weeks of vacation per year (pro-rated for the first year depending on start date). 5-12 years of service, 3 weeks. 13+ years of service, 4 weeks.Sick Leave: 5 days of Sick Leave per year.
