Member Service Representative:

PAY: $18.00/hr

Below are the possible shifts.

+ 8a-5 – 1-2

+ 9a-6 – 2

+ 10a-7 – 2

+ 11a-8 – 2

+ 12p-9p - 2

5 days per week. 1 weekend day will need to be worked, Saturday or Sunday. So they will rereceive 1 day off during the week. If the candidate cannot work one weekend day, we cannot consider them. Will not have consecutive days off typically . The only shift that is currently doing that is the 12-9pm shift.

TRAINING:

- Training – M-F 8am to 5pm. 3 Months with a 1 hour lunch.

- Will continue to train in their teams: shadow, do and teach back method. 2-3 months

CAN WORK AT LEAST 1 WEEKEND (SATURDAY OR SUNDAY)

As a Member Service Center Representative at Michigan First Credit Union, you’ll be challenged to deliver five-star service while building relationships with our members. We’re a family here, so outstanding teamwork is a must. Our number one goal is to make our members feel like they can call us for anything, anytime, and they’ll be able to hang up the phone feeling confident and satisfied.

What You’ll Do:

+ Answer an average of 80-100 calls per day by addressing member inquiries, solving problems and providing new product information.

+ Answer members telephone calls promptly and in an appropriate manner

+ Answer inquiries on banking products including checking, savings, loans and lines of credit

+ Document all customer inquiries and comments thoroughly and quickly

+ Maintain good business relations with members, courteously and promptly resolving member problems or questions, and effectively assisting with member account problem.

+ Determine members financial service’s needs, and recommend services and products that address these needs

+ Collect member loan payments.

+ Handle various accounting transactions.

+ Deliver stellar service to credit union members. No slackers here!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $40560.00/yr.
