    + Assists with routine system updates, patches, and upgrades

    + Provides user support and administration for Microsoft365 platform and G Suite

    + Assists with maintenance and troubleshooting of server and network systems

    + Performs related duties as assigned

    Typical Qualifications

    Education:

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Associate’s degree or equivalent certifications in Computer Information Systems preferred

    Experience:

    + Demonstrated experience with Windows (e.g., 10, 11), Windows Server, and Linux

    + Experience with Google Workspace and M365 preferred

     

    Supplemental Information

    Terms of Employment:

    + This position requires flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape location.

    + This is a part time position requiring up to 26 hours per wekk.

    Eligible part-time employees will be enrolled into the DCRP (Defined Contribution Retirement Plan) pension (https://www.nj.gov/treasury/pensions/pension-active-dcrp.shtml) . Employees contribute 5% of their base salary and the college contributes 3% of base salary. Investment options are managed through Prudential Retirement. Life insurance benefits through DCRP are payable to the beneficiary at 1.5X the member's salary.
