    Senior Director, NorthAmerican Sales – AI & Machine Learning

     

    Are you a senior sales leader with a passion for AI, datainnovation, and building world-class teams? Lionbridge is seeking a SeniorDirector, North American Sales – AI & Machine Learning to lead and grow ourteam of Enterprise Account Executives, focused on acquiring new customers forour cutting-edge AI Data Services. This is your opportunity to shape thego-to-market strategy for one of the most exciting and fast-evolving segmentsin the industry.

     

    You’ll be responsible for leading, coaching, and scaling a team of motivatedhunters—empowering them to engage enterprise buyers, expand into new verticals,and consistently exceed revenue targets. You’ll bring a builder mindset, deepknowledge of consultative selling in technical spaces, and a proven ability tolead with purpose and accountability.

     

    This is a remote role that will require travel to customer sites as needed. The target candidate will be located in California, Washington, or a nearby Western U.S. State.

    What You Will Do

    + Leadand mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on winning new logosin the AI and Machine Learning data services space.

    + Developand execute a strategic sales plan targeting enterprise customers seekinghigh-quality AI training data, human-in-the-loop services, and multilingualdata solutions.

    + Builda culture of curiosity, persistence, and accountability—guiding your teamthrough the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close.

    + Supportand drive high-value opportunities, bringing executive presence and dealstrategy to key customer engagements.

    + Collaboratecross-functionally with Product, Solutions, Delivery, and Marketing teams toalign messaging, accelerate sales cycles, and deliver tailored solutions.

    + Createand maintain clear sales performance metrics and KPIs that ensure forecastaccuracy, pipeline health, and sustainable revenue growth.

    + Identifyemerging customer needs and industry trends to inform go-to-market strategy,outreach campaigns, and resource alignment.

    + Coach yourteam members on articulating differentiated value propositions, positioningLionbridge as a leader in AI/ML data solutions and trusted enterprise partner.

    To Be Successful YouWill Have

    + 10+years of enterprise sales experience with at least 5+ years leadinghigh-performing sales teams focused on new business acquisition.

    + Strongpreference for experience in AI/ML services, data-centric technologies, ortechnical consulting in emerging tech fields.

    + Proventrack record of building scalable sales engines and exceeding quota in complex,B2B solution-selling environments.

    + Exceptionalleadership skills with a focus on coaching, culture, and execution.

    + Abilityto craft and communicate differentiated messaging that solves real-worldproblems for technical and business stakeholders alike.

    + Experienceworking cross-functionally to support strategic sales initiatives, includingpricing, legal, product, and operations alignment.

    + Comfortabilityusing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and forecasting tools to measure andmanage performance.

    + Passionfor AI, ML, and data transformation, with a curiosity to stay ahead of thecurve.

    + Willingnessto travel up to 25% to support team and customer engagements.
