About the Role:

As a **Delivery Executive** , you will lead strategic delivery initiatives and foster executive-level customer relationships across large, complex programs. This role is pivotal in driving successful business outcomes, ensuring SAP solution adoption, and enabling transformation for our most strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

+ **Strategic Program Leadership:** Owns program-level governance, communications, and delivery strategy, ensuring alignment with SAP methodologies and customer business outcomes.

+ **Customer Engagement:** Builds and maintains strong relationships with C-suite and senior executives; represent SAP at Steering Committees and Business Reviews.

+ **Risk & Issue Management:** Serves as the escalation point for program risks and issues, collaborating with SAP, customer, and partner leadership to resolve challenges.

+ **Team Leadership:** Coaches and mentors program teams, makes resource decisions, and fosters a high-performing “One-SAP” delivery culture.

+ **Business Development:** Supports services and license sales cycles, identifies account growth opportunities, and contributes to revenue and margin goals.

+ **Governance & Quality:** Establishes and enforces program governance frameworks, manages project quality gates, and ensures delivery excellence.

+ **Financial Accountability:** Owns program financial strategy, internal & external communications and success [i.e., Cost Management, Forecast, and Budgeting planning and tools (i.e., Snapshots, Cost Performance Index, Schedule Performance Index, Fixed Price/Fixed Fee, Time and Material, and Mixed Contracts | Baseline Budget/Cost, PM Baseline, Estimate at Completion/Actual Cost, Revenue Backlog, Revenue Leakage, Risk Reserve, etc.)]

Required Skills & Experience:

+ **Experience:** 10 years in project management with strong business, functional, or technical expertise.

+ **Executive Presence:** Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and influence strategic outcomes.

+ **Tools & Methodologies:** Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence, SAP toolchain (ALM, LeanIX, Signavio), Activate, Agile, PMP frameworks.

+ **Certifications:** 2 or more of the following:

+ SAP Certified Associate – Business Transformation Consultant

+ SAP Certified Specialist – Project Manager (Activate for Agile)

+ AI-related certifications

+ Change Management for SAP Cloud Projects

+ **Education:** Bachelor’s in business or project management (Master’s preferred)

**Compensation Range Transparency** : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 200600 - 340900(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
