    Lead Application Developer – Java & Angular

     

    We are looking for a Senior Software Developer who combines hands-on coding expertise with architectural vision and team leadership. In this role, you will own critical deliverables, design scalable solutions, and actively contribute to development using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and SQL Server.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ownership of Deliveries: Act as an individual contributor with full accountability for assigned modules and deliverables.

    • Design & Implementation: Participate in high-level design discussions, create scalable architectures, and implement robust solutions.

    • Hands-On Development: Be actively involved in coding and troubleshooting complex issues.

    • Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.

    • Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with performance and security standards.

    • Design Patterns: Familiarity with common design patterns and best practices in software architecture.

    • Design Skills: Experience in high-level design and architectural decision-making.

    Qualifications:

    Must: Java, Spring Boot, Angular, SQL Server, Intellj, Jenkins CI-CD, Github

     

    Good to Have: Kotlin, Cockroach DB,

     

    Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

     

    Salary Range: $90,000 – $140,000 annually
