    JOB SUMMARY:

    This position provides admin, payroll, and talent management human resources support for a staff of 140 leadership, mechanic, and support positions by conducting basic research, compiling and preparing required reports, handling requests for information, escorting visitors, attending in-person and virtual meetings, conducting telephone conversations, scheduling appointments, facilitating new employee onboarding, and coordinating with other airport agencies and corporate departments. Performs routine assignments as requested. Works under close supervision.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

     

    + Oversee and coordinate daily office operations as directed by the Site Manager.

    + Review and verify timecards, leave balances, and payroll data for accuracy, and repair errors in Dimensions.

    + Issue and maintain records of payroll forms based on specific pay periods.

    + Provide administrative support for HR functions, including onboarding, orientation, and employee badging.

    + Coordinate initial and continuing hiring and onboarding actions with corporate Human Resources and multiple federal and local government agencies involved with the background clearances and airport secure access badge issuance.

    + Coordinate airport secure access badge renewal process with team members and multiple federal and local government agencies involved with the background clearances and access authorizations at the airport.

    + Coordinate with local government agencies on the deactivation, reactivation, and/or return of airport secure access badges for specific team members and situations.

    + Initiate and conduct short, initial telephone interviews for potential employment candidates, schedule additional in-person interviews, and escort prospective candidates onto site premises, as needed.

    + General office administrative duties, which may include maintenance of electronic files, distribution of mail and communications, ordering supplies, printer maintenance, processing invoices, maintaining files, etc.

    + Ensure compliance with company policies, safety programs, and training requirements.

    + Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    + High School Diploma or GED.

    + Proficient with the Microsoft Suite: Excel (familiarity with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions preferred), Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills.

    + Ability to interface with personnel and general public.

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    + **Physical Demands:** Frequent - Sitting, Talking, Hearing, Visual, Typing and Manual Dexterity. Occasional - Standing, Bending/Kneeling, Walking/Running, Reaching, Lifting/Carrying and Pushing/Pulling up to <10lbs.

    Pay Range:

    $32,600.00 - $49,200.00

     

    The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
