• Performance Management & Reporting:
o Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to rigorously track the effectiveness and impact of continuous improvement initiatives. This includes critical metrics such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), On-Time Shipping (OTS), On-Time Performance (OTP), Cost per Pound, and Cost per Unit, alongside environmental impact metrics relevant to North American operations.
o Utilize advanced analytics and data visualization techniques to identify trends, measure performance against targets, and present compelling insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Sustained Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Ensure the sustained success of implemented improvements through robust monitoring and control plans, fostering a culture of long-term operational excellence and accountability.
o Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams, inspiring collaboration and achieving consensus among diverse internal and external stakeholders to drive successful change adoption and foster a shared commitment to efficiency and sustainability within North America Transportation.
