    About the Role

     

    Join our team as a **CNC Operator** on **2nd shift (Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM)** . In this role, you’ll operate CNC equipment to produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll ensure components meet specifications, maintain a safe and organized work area, and collaborate with your team to support continuous improvement.

    What You’ll Do

    + Operate CNC lathes and vertical machining centers to produce precision components according to specifications.

    + Set up and perform tooling changes for part change overs, this will include program selection and performing any necessary adjustment to meet part specifications.

    + Inspect parts to blueprints using multiple hand tools and measuring equipment to ensure they meet quality standards.

    + Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments during production runs to maintain quality and productivity.

    + Maintain equipment and work area in a clean, safe, and organized condition.

    + Follow standard work instructions and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

    + Work closely with teammates and supervisors to ensure consistent quality and output.

    + Participate in training to develop additional skills.

    What You’ll Bring

    + Previous machining or CNC operating experience (setup experience a plus but not required).

    + Basic understanding of machining practices, tooling, and measuring equipment.

    + Ability to read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and safety procedures.

    + Strong attention to detail and good math skills.

    + Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

    + Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    + High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school experience preferred.

    Sign-On Bonus

    + **$1,500 sign-on bonus** paid after 90 days, contingent on successful onboarding and demonstrated proficiency in core responsibilities (such as machine setup, blueprint reading, and adherence to quality and safety standards).

    + Training begins on **1st shift** ; candidates must be able to transition to **2nd shift** upon completion.

    Pay Range

     

    The salary range for this position in local currency is $24 - $32 /hr
