V2X is seeking Program and Project Management professionals to provide Facilities and Technical support to our government customer in the DC Metro area, with potential for worldwide travel. Candidates for these roles must be highly qualified, possess an active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret level Security Clearance (minimum), and demonstrate commitment to ensuring safe, reliable, and resilient facilities as well as a superior service experience for all agency employees.

The Deputy Contract Lead Program Manager (Program / Project Management) shall have experience working on large Intelligence Community (IC) / Department of Defense (DoD) campus or headquarters construction programs. Working in parallel with most program management responsibilities, the Deputy Program Manager shall be proficient in all facets of large programs to include scope, cost, and schedule; community and client relations; and operations and staff management.

Performance of this contract includes worldwide travel including the USCENTCOM AOR and other locations as required for completion of tasks directly related to this scope.

This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.

Responsibilities

Major Job Activities:

The Deputy Program Manager shall have:

+ Expertise in developing project management plans.

+ Leading teams from a variety of organizations.

+ Developing project schedules.

+ Monitoring / reporting project status.

+ Responsible for the program from inception through physical and financial closeout.

+ Highly skilled in customer service.

+ Competent in reading and understanding construction drawings and specifications.

+ Knowledgeable in standard construction industry practices.

Material & Equipment Directly Used:

+ Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook) and MS Project.

Qualifications

Education / Certifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Business or Construction Management.

+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is highly desired.

Experience / Skills:

+ 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Facilities, Construction, and Design.

Supervisory / Budget Responsibilities:

+ The Deputy Contract Lead Program Manager will be responsible for Operations and Staff Management.
