Job Description
One of Insight Global's enterprise clients is looking for a Digital Product Owner to support their digital consumer product across mobile and web platforms. In this role, you’ll turn strategic goals into actionable plans, ensuring seamless alignment across teams and channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute Strategy: Transform digital vision into clear delivery plans that align stakeholders and channels.
Define Requirements: Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Analytics to prioritize features; create user stories and acceptance criteria for agile sprints.
Own the Backlog: Lead grooming, sprint planning, and feature prioritization using business impact, data insights, and customer feedback.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations to deliver intuitive, accessible experiences.
Measure Success: Work with Analytics to build dashboards, track KPIs (adoption, usage, reliability), and evaluate performance.
Manage Releases: Oversee end-to-end launches, including planning, UAT, and post-release monitoring.
Communicate Clearly: Keep stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and results.
Drive Experimentation: Support A/B testing, feedback loops, and post-launch analysis.
Support Products: Triage defects, resolve issues, and feed learnings back into the roadmap.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years as a Product Owner or Digital Product Manager in an agile environment.
Strong knowledge of mobile and web technologies.
Experience in digital consumer products.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven prioritization and decision-making.
Familiarity with analytics tools and experimentation frameworks.
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Agility, Octane).
