Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Social Analyst who is a data-driven strategist and platform power user who owns the reporting, insights, and optimization of social media activity across channels. This role manages end-to-end reporting across all social platforms, leveraging Hootsuite’s analytics, listening, and dashboard capabilities to monitor trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities for optimization. They work cross-functionally with portfolio and insights, marketing research, social, creative, influencer, paid media, and comms teams to provide data-backed recommendations that enhance engagement, strengthen brand reputation, and support business objectives. With a strong understanding of platform metrics, social behavior, and competitive benchmarking, the analyst turns complex data into clear narratives that inform decision-making and elevate social strategy. This is 6-month ongoing contract and pays $48-51hr.

Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years in social analytics with deep experience across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta and Reddit platforms.
• Proficient with analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, Brandwatch/Talkwalker) and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong experience with pulling data, reporting, and creating dashboards.
• Strong ability to translate data into clear insights and strategic recommendations for content, creative, and campaign optimization
• Experienced in building weekly/monthly reports, post-campaign recaps, competitive benchmarking, and creator/influencer performance summaries.
Highly organized communicator able to present insights to leadership and operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. BI & visualization: Power BI or Tableau, plus Excel/Google Sheets.
