Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to play a key role in building and enhancing both web and mobile applications. This position involves hands-on development across the stack, solving complex technical challenges, and collaborating closely with the team to deliver high-quality solutions. You’ll work in a paired programming environment, contribute to feature development, and ensure seamless integration between backend and frontend systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead backend development for web and mobile applications while supporting frontend (React) components.

• Collaborate in a paired programming environment to design and implement effective solutions.

• Develop, code, and maintain features across web and mobile platforms.

• Participate in daily Agile/Scrum ceremonies and team meetings.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth application performance.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience in a similar full-stack development role.

Strong proficiency in Python/Django for backend development.

Experience with React and Node.js for frontend development.

Solid understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.

Skilled in writing queries; Postgres SQL preferred.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent communication skills for providing updates and collaborating with development pairs.

Ability to log, monitor, and track project progress effectively.

Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
