Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an MBDMI Manufacturing Integration Lead for Pratt & Whitney at their Middletown location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the implementation of Model-Based Definition (MBD) into manufacturing workflows within the Cold Section Module Center.
This role will focus on enabling digital continuity from engineering to production by integrating 3D models and Product Manufacturing Information (PMI) into tooling, machining, inspection, and shop floor systems. The candidate will work closely with CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) teams to ensure MBD data is leveraged effectively to improve production efficiency, reduce manual interpretation, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, digital engineering, or production support.
- Strong understanding of CAD/CAM systems (e.g., Siemens NX, CATIA) and MBD principles.
- Experience with CNC programming, tooling design, and inspection technologies.
- Familiarity with MES platforms (e.g., Solumina, SAP ME) and digital thread concepts. - Experience with Pratt & Whitney manufacturing systems and workflows.
- Knowledge of Cold Section components and associated manufacturing processes.
- Exposure to additive manufacturing and hybrid production environments.
- Ability to lead change and drive adoption of digital tools on the shop floor.
