Job Description
Insight Global is working with a construction client to identify an Area Inside Sales Representative to join their team in a permanent position local to Menomonee Falls, WI. In this role, the Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue, building customer relationships, and growing the local client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities through market research
- Generate revenue via sales and rentals of products and services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage projects and act as liaison between the client and customers
- Develop and execute a personal sales strategy
- Manage pipeline and forecast revenue using MAS software
- Use a consultative approach to deliver value throughout the sales cycle
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Stay current on scaffolding products and applications
This role offers a base salary of $65-85k + uncapped commission. The candidate will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, and supplemental options; 401(k) with match; paid holidays, sick leave, and PTO; and a company vehicle, fuel, and cell phone.

Skills and Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales within the construction or building equipment industry, though adjacent experience will be considered
- Ability to understand contract terms
- Ability to sell to trade professionals and subcontractors
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Proficient in computer skills and quick to learn new software
Any candidate in consideration will need to be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report, a Criminal Background Check, and all other onboarding requirements.
