Job Description
The Senior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for leading the successful delivery and execution of a high-priority Data Center Migration project. This position will play a central role in partnering with architectural infrastructure leadership to manage complex technical execution, coordinate vendor activities, and ensure seamless migration of legacy systems without requiring a new roadmap. You will work closely with engineering teams, architectural development teams, and infrastructure architects to deliver a transformative solution for our organization.

Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale technical projects, including infrastructure migrations and modernization efforts.
• Senior-level project management experience with end-to-end delivery: requirements gathering, execution, deployment, monitoring, analysis, and project delivery.
• Strong SQL experience
• Transactional system experience
• Background in enterprise infrastructure modernization or large-scale migrations.
Experience working with legacy systems and mitigating risks during transitions.
• Deep technical understanding of data center operations, backend architecture, and Java-based systems.
• Experience managing infrastructure architectural/Data Center and Data Center migration IT projects and coordinating with development and engineering teams.
• Ability to partner with infrastructure architects and vendors to execute migration plans effectively.
• Strong ability to analyze and prioritize technical risks, distinguishing critical issues from minor challenges that could impact execution.
• Proven experience working on complex system integrations and modernization initiatives.
• Strong leadership qualities demonstrated through decision-making, stakeholder influence, and team coordination.
• Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum) and tools like Jira for tracking progress and reporting.
• Comfortable making decisions under uncertainty and driving clarity in complex technical environments.
• On-site availability at the data center for hands-on coordination.
Bachelor’s Degree. Master’s Degree.
