This recruitment offers a $10,000 Recruitment Incentive to eligible new employees joining UW Medicine

**UW Medical Center - Montlake** is seeking an **Experienced Labor and Delivery Registered** Nurse to join our award-winning team.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

+ We have 150 deliveries a month (as a quaternary care hospital)

+ 70% of our OB moms are high risk with neonates, medically complex co-morbidities.

+ We provide care for up to 14 antepartum patients, 9 L & D patients, 18 postpartum mother/baby pairs.

+ We have antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum services.

+ We staff according to AWHONN standards.

+ We are a certified WHO-Baby Friendly Hospital.

+ Will provide outpatient services if needed.

SCHEDULE

+ 90% FTE

+ 36 hours/week, 12-hour night shifts.

REQUIRMENTS

+ Two or more years as a labor and delivery nursing experience

+ Have/obtain a current license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Washington or MSL

+ Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.

+ One or more years charge nurse experiences

Compensation, Benefits and Position Details

Pay Range Minimum:

$98,448.00 annual

Pay Range Maximum:

$178,824.00 annual

Other Compensation:

$10,000 Sing on bonus/ Relocation available

BSN Premium $1.00/hr

Certification premium $1.25/hr

Night Shift differential $4.50/hr

Weekend Shift differential $4.00/hr
